I love that Cosmic offers a year's worth of bike maintenance and service on new Bromptons. The amount of attention and detail they put into bikes is amazing. When my bike arrived, Justyna noticed that my Brooks saddle was a little "off" and not perfectly centered, so she asked Brompton to send another one, and in the meantime let me use a standard saddle while waiting for my replacement to arrive. I am not sure if many other bike shops would have taken that initiative. —Ging Cee
