We’re open for walk-in browsing during regular hours. However, if you’re serious about purchasing a new bicycle, or have lots of questions, we encourage you to set up an appointment to receive our undivided attention.

Appointments are strongly recommended for specialty bicycles such as Brompton folding bikes, cargo bikes, electric bikes and recumbents, customized bike builds.

Basic New Bike Consult is FREE! Includes general information about the product(s) of interest, overview of features and options, a brief test ride of 1-2 bikes and explanation of fitting and customization options.

Premium Consult: up to 1 hr $100 (fully applicable to future purchase). Includes a detailed product presentation, comparison test rides and instruction (if needed), in-depth discussion of sizing and customization, and a detailed quote, if requested. Premium consultation appointments are also available outside of regular business hours.
