This will be my go-to bike shop: great service with no pretentious hipster attitude! I went in with an issue, they very kindly explained what was wrong, and laid out several options. Not pushy and not condescending like some other places. Repair service not expensive and super fast. If buying new bike, also so helpful, with many options, and you can go for test ride.
