I recently had my bike serviced at this local bike shop. In the past I have attended some of their free informational events and they were always kind and courteous. Now I decided to take that leap and get my bike serviced and their customer service was amazing. They took time with their recommendations and never made me feel pressured to buy something that I didn’t need. We ran into an issue with my bike half way into the repair but they went above and beyond to fix the issue. They were sensitive to my budget needs and didn’t make me feel like I was a nuisance.
