Most of the complete bikes above can also be ordered as frames and built up with components hand-picked to your preferences. Soma and Velo Orange also offer a variety of nice bike frames in an accessible price range. We can also work with your existing vintage frame, such as Bridgestone, Specialized, Schwinn, Raleigh, Ross and more. What we love about these frames the chromoly steel construction that provides a supple, comfortable ride, wide tire clearances and enough versatility to really tweak the bike to the way you like to ride. Add a set of hand-laced wheels, and you’ll end up with a reliable, loyal workhorse that will be your adventure companion for many years.

Ordering & Delivery

A selection of bikes may be available from our on-hand stock, or you can order one to suit your preferences.
Here’s how the process works:

  1. Schedule a Test ride.
    We typically keep a selection of popular models in the shop for test rides.

  2. Purchase a stock bike.
    Stock bikes in the shop are ready for immediate purchase. They have been meticulously assembled and tested, and are ready to ride!

  3. Order your ideal bike!

    1. If you prefer to work from the ground up, set up a consultation to determine the optimal bike, sizing and setup for your needs.

    2. Based on a consultation , we will prepare a quote for your approval.

    3. When ready, place your deposit, which can be made in person, over the phone, or via PayPal.

    4. We order your new bike, or frame and parts.

    5. When your bike arrives, we schedule one of our technicians to assemble tune and thoroughly test the bike. Complete bikes are usually ready in 7-10 days. Frame build may take 2-4 weeks depending on parts availability.

    6. Your new bike is ready!
      We’ll do a final fitting, make sure you’re satisfied with all the functions, and ready to ride your new bike home.
