Bicycle Purchase Consultations
You’re welcome to come in and browse our store during regular hours. However, if you’re in the market for a new bicycle, or have lots of questions before taking the plunge, we encourage you to set up an appointment.
Because the walk-in nature of our business makes traffic patterns extremely unpredictable, if you set up a time to meet with one of us, you will receive one-on-one attention. We offer bike purchase consultations during our regular business hours, as well as before and after hours a few times a week.
Appointments are recommended for specialty bicycles such as Brompton folding bikes, cargo bikes, electric bikes and recumbents, as well as for conventional bikes to allow time for sizing and fitting, selection of accessories, and discussing special order options as appropriate.
For appointments outside of regular business hours, we require a $25 deposit to reserve your appointment, which will be applied to your purchase.
Additional Information
Deposits: We require a deposit for all appointments because we set aside our time and are unavailable to other clients during this time, so we want to make sure you’re as serious about your purchase as we are.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice for any appointment that falls outside of our normal business hours, and 12 hours for appointments during business hours.
